I'm a number 3, and on my early 30s. I'm just opposite of what you told. Not an extrovert, limited friends, don't care what other thinks, enjoy alone time.
Know many people of number 3 and all of them are just opposite of what you're telling.

Sir, I am No. 3. All the traits and observations made by you are so accurate and the last one - bone problems is eye opening. I wish to add here some of my own observations from life : Validation is needed because self esteem is very low for different reasons and the validation one gets from outside world only, hence the person is driven to outside world; and people pleasing trait also comes from this only because appreciation fulfills the gap by getting validation for getting high self esteem. Family treats you as you r, but some children need validation and appreciation or a push to bring the best traits in you, hence gharwalo se nahi bante. Yes, influenced from outside world -very true. This has been the best thing. Many things which influence you make you a better person. Thanks for the being one such influencer.

As a person born on 21st I agree. For me personally these things are absolutely correct. For few things there were external factors to shape me this way and these things were very much rewarding. I wasn't liked by my family and friends till I was in class 8th. Then for a year I thought about people's psychology around me and within 1year things changed drastically.
This is one video of sir's which I did not bother to watch till the end; absolutely heeding his advice of 'do not waste your time'. I am No. 3, my husband is No.3, my brother-in-law, my father-in-law, all of us are No. 3 and I don't see these traits in any of us. I m NO 3 ....but also i m uttara phalguni nakshtra ..i like to stay alone ...and about external validation i have tried avoiding that but my family specialy sister mother will tell me how to dress etc etc like lok kya kahenge in many other aspect .... mom is somone who is concerned of outside world and make me behave acordingly ....I have gone through miserable and lonely childhood ....so during teen and in college I have made lot of friends and tried to impress them by giving party ...been there in their tough time ...and helping them ...but there came a time they suddenly went or were unavailable to me when I needed....
So since then I m not after Any one to impress but busy developing myself ....family specialy siblings exploited me or insulted me that made me feel more miserable....now I m 30 years old ....focusing on personal growth and taking care of health

I believe it's not externally driven but understanding what is the need of the hour. Example - what suits a person will be admired by everyone, but it can be said as if it is admired by everyone then 3 number will say it suits you. It's just the way to express.

Numerology is correct . I have searched as to the other numbers as well. And the people are agree with me as to their predictions & to some extent they disagreed with me. In fact, I also practise astrology & numerology. Numerology, in my opinion is easier to learn & understand. Palm reading is difficult & subtle horoscope analysis also needs pain -stacking effort.
The message & life lesson of ur discussion is that even positive traits in a person 's charactet cannot be regarded as always positive.
The great Chanakya advised to follow the principles of sam, dan, danda, ved, maya, upeksha & indrajal & all these r essential to fulfill ur diverse material desires, as ultimately, the most of the people r material life centric & the true spirituality is very much difficult to ingrain in one's psyche & mind, where u will not be excessively carried away with the emotions of happiness if u get sth as per ur wish, & u should not be excessively distressed or sad if u don 't get sth desirable. That is, it is very much difficult to be above the duality, as other factors are liable for this purpose.
Why some of the traits do not match with some. Because,horoscope of everybody of the natives even under the number of 3,30,21 etc r not same & their date of births are different & horoscopes of the different natives will be different as per their placements & the result will vary in regard to the natives despite their birth under the above-stated dates. But, the there will be similarities as to the basic nature & will be the dissimilarities as well. Despite, the negativities or chatacteristics of the person born under the above -stated dates including me, one point I need to defend on behalf of them that to be nice to everyone is one of the practical & praiseworthy charactetistics, as if I have to evaluate ur programme or discussion, I need to motivate or appreciate ur research, ur dedication & expertise, because this is also necessary to help a person or to enthuse a person to move forward. Because the appreciation enthuse a person irrespective of all the dates, despite ur assertion to seek external validation. In subtlety, everyday require this, but it may be less or high. In fact, it requires for a person to survive in this world of materialism. Good publicity means external validation of appreciation of a particular product or profession. To claim that external validation do not require at all is nothing but altogether falsehood & impracticality & is also shallow or superficial thinking. The one learning point is to develop or practise solace & to develop friendship with ur own, I must say to gain mastery to make friendship with u , one must practise nam japa tirelessly by taking initiation from one's divine master & chanting istamantra patiently, whether u like or desire. Then the power of guru will flow & istamantra will show u the right path. And simultaneously learn & listen to from everybody including non human species, otherwise listening will not suffice to turn ur weakness into unquieness.
