One major disadvantage of Amoled jo mention nai kia. Is ma brightness low karne k liye pixels ki frequency low ho jati ha jis se camera k through flickering dekhne ko milti ha. Normally users don't use full brightness and feel any strain but ye eyes pr zada zoor dalti ha jis se eyesight issues, eye burn, head migraine jese issues ho sakte hain so medically, IPS is better.

In my whole life i use only one time amoled. After smash on ground bcz of some reasons. It got destroyed. But ips is durable. I smash ips too. Lmao

We had Samsung S-8 + an old flagship with AMOLED after 3 years of normal business use there is considerable drop in brightness levels and there is pixel burn and after image issues, as such we could conclude that AMOLED is a good display but with age it deteriorates. Moreover, AMOLED is quite sensitive a single flat drop could blackout the screen so it has to be used with care. Leave TFT, Newer IPS LCD is very good and render excellent sharpness /brightness & colors.
