Normal vr should be able to use it but only arrest with bounty and revoke and vr should be able to be arrested for 1 minute and have cuffs revoked for three minutes (another idea how about vr caik that heals cuz vr can’t heal unless from medic I think)
blue is unarrest where you can take players out of timeout black is blacklist where you ban a player from a good team white is unblacklist grey does nothing you use it to prevent accidental punishments
if you want to remove the menu (chat, brick god health, etc) you can hit the menu button on your left controller
