I have the same fan but I noticed the part of the neck you screwed at 1:35 is a bit loose with mine. Is the supposed to be loose, I feel like my fan bends and falls easily but I screwed it on tight to the limit

I just bought this fan for my beauty Studio. My problem is I don't even know when it's charging. It's not coming on if it's not connected to and electric power... really confused.

When plugged, the indicator light will show. If the battery is low, it will indicate with orange light. As it gets charged, the light changes to yellow-green until it becomes deep green. In case it is charged and you don't know, ensure to press down the "Power" button and then preas "I/II/III/IV/off" button to switch the fan on and continue in the mode to increase the speed until it goes off. I hope this helps. Sorry for the delayed response.

Check the battery. Could it be that it is disconnected on one of the terminals?! Is it swollen? If yes, look for a replacement. Better still, consult a technician.

How would you know its charging, I mean the charging light color.

When it is properly plugged to electricity, it will indicate red light. This red light will turn to orange as the time goes and eventually becomes green to indicate that it is fully charged.

I bought this product, I am do disappointed 😞☹️ sad and furious, the rechargeable lights do not blink which means it isn't charging moreover, I bought the product cos of the usage without electricity yet, it isn't serving it's purpose, the phone on the receipt by SPAR CALABAR MALL isn't connecting, this is fraudulent. 😡

If the fan is new and not charging, the battery Terminals might not be connected (a measure to prevent discharge while warehouse)
Open the rechargeable battery compartment and connect the positive and negative terminals.
