Journey's End had me bawling, if your intention was to make people cry, it worked. It reminds me of all of the good memories I've had from start to finish on ARK. Genesis 2 is a freakin' masterpiece.
Whether I'll ever make it ingame to the 'Journey's End' thats just perfect either way...I... I mean there's nothing that I can ever say that would describe how much shivers went down by my spine when the main theme blasts off in full force one last time. Absolutely beautiful, to quote something from the game itself....I shall just be quiet now.
i can't even fathom what it must be like to compose an array of inconceivably spectacular soundtracks for a game series for 6 years. then to have to write a finale soundtrack for said game series that you have most likely formed a connection with after writing such great music for it for 6 years. you are a spectacular composer, and i've always loved the music you've produced. can't wait for what incredible compositions will be made for ark 2.

I haven't followed Ark's storyline for too long, and still am on the Island. But I've been watching this game progress for multiple years, and Journey's End still makes me sad.
Rockwell's Garden II and Rockwell Postlude are my favorite pieces in this track, because they really make me feel a sense of tragedy for Rockwell. Here's a guy that started off kind of okay but then let his obsession turn him into a monster.

I remember the night Gen 2 came out I was studying suddenly notification from ark channel gen 2 released I already saw nooblets and ark survival guide looking for base and resource locations Some Spanish guy was streaming himself doing Code Red on Alpha difficulty with an R-Reaper And two guys plus 3 over discord on PS4 already killed Rockwell but their games crashed when it was time of the cut scene and they ended their streams I remember with such detail honestly one of the best days in my life my heart rate was through the roof and I played Genesis part 2 like an animal since then even though we have ark survival Ascended now this game will hold a special place in my reserved heart.

idk what is happening at this point - I just thought ark was a survival game with dinosaurs but now i'm seeing a giant purple guy and a bunch of robots fighting on the Halo while gremlins dance in the background!!
This is just... incredible. Like every other soundtrack, for every DLC and environment, it all fits. Each song and suite is different, but still fits together seamlessly. The immersion you get from this, with the normal orchestra and newer synths and bass. The solemn or upbeat feel of many of the combat tracks, combined with the utter peacefulness from the interludes connects perfectly to give us a sense of how the survivor feels at this moment. Thanks Gareth. I, and many others, thank you for your work on the series, on this, and we look very brightly to the future.

Jouerney's Ends is just beatiful
This is just... incredible. Like every other soundtrack, for every DLC and environment, it all fits. Each song and suite is different, but still fits together seamlessly. The immersion you get from this, with the normal orchestra and newer synths and bass. The solemn or upbeat feel of many of the combat tracks, combined with the utter peacefulness from the interludes connects perfectly to give us a sense of how the survivor feels at this moment.
