Mr. Tiny is a Texas treasure. I love that he always has such a positive energy about him. Absolutely love watching his videos as well as yours Mr. Chance. Thanks for sharing.
The outside/front porch is perfect! And, I absolutely love the rustic decor and wood finishes!!! Even though the kitchen is open to the living room, that gorgeous island helps to differentiate the separate areas. There truly isn’t much I’d want to change about this cozy cabin~ Thanks, Chance, for sharing this special home 😊
Hey Chance, I do watch alot of Mike "Mr.Tiny" Timmons all the time! I love it when he does real wood and knocks on it with some force to show that it's real wood. I love this multi-section home The Sequoia XL. The two wood burning fireplaces are awesome, one one the front covered porch then the second one in the living room just amazing! I like that the master bedroom an bathroom are massive, plus you can add a deck or an enclosed sun room, or private deck ontowith the door leading to the outside from the master bedroom! I kind of wish the master bedroom would of had a fireplace in it! The first time I seen this home I thought of all the possibilities that you could do and where you could have it set-up at. Thank you Chance for showing this home!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is the stone accent on the island. This looks like a small log cabin. This would be a great starter home for someone or for those who want to downsize.❤❤❤❤❤
I thought it looked familiar lol .. this is a very lovely home. I am a sucker for a rustic cozy home and this is exactly my style! The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are very nicely done .... I thought the price would be higher, so that was a pleasant surprise also. Such a beauty! ❤
This is my favorite home tour of all time!!! That is the one that I would really love to own!!!! Yes Sir-ee Bob! I just love all of the WOOD!!!!! So thanks so muchly for showing this one... Shirley B.
This is absolutely the most incredible and beautiful set up I've ever seen. Perfect from end to end. It's my dream house. Id just need to make it fully off grid
I found a tiny house I loved about 5 years ago. Wrote down the information about it and now that I am ready it isn't available. So far I have yet to see another that even comes close. It was a park model and it would be my full time home.
Way too expensive by the time you pay for all the freight and set up you're playing probably close to $300,000 you can get an actual stick built home for that and a lot of parts of the country. It's basically a glorified single. Sorry that's just way too much. Need to focus on really budget minded homes right now with this current economy.
Why is it the smaller tiny homes are just as expensive as full size homes? Less material less time to build, less expenses needed, these should be a fraction of a regular home
If I had the money to get it, I would be living in it right now. The only thing that I'm not a fan of is the blue in the living room. This is a cabin style and blue is not my thing for the living area.
I don't understand why they can't seem to put the fridge, near the dinning table. If your eating a meal and you need to refill your drink or need extra condiments, you dont have to walk all the way across the kitchen.
These people are crazy! That is way too expensive for a glorified park model. I agree with the last guy. I'll build an actual house with my $300,000 instead of this tiny place. It's beautiful, but they're nuts!
That price is crazy too expensive! I can have a stick frame, a real house built for that price, and not a mobile house on wheels with a frame underneath it! I already have the paid for 14 acres of property in which to build on and will do just as I've done with my last five I had built, one which was a timber frame My hisband and I build ourselves. Now that we are a bit older now we were looking into something we could just movie right into but after hearing that price, no thanks, we pay to have one built!
Every Whirlpool appliance I bought in Louisiana BROKE within 2 months of purchase!😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬 My family always had that brand. I couldn’t believe what Horrible Non-Quality Whirlpool appliances have become! NEVER AGAIN! Washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, etc… all broke in a home with only 2 adults!
Very nice, but way too expensive. The 399 square foot homes are all too cramped inside. Also, most of those have very low ceiling lofts that are a very real concussion hazard. The steps leading up to the lofts are too narrow and too steep. Basically, the lofts aren't practical except for storage and are totally useless for disabled people. This larger model is all on one level, and is roomy, but again, it's way too expensive. You can buy, or maybe even have built a regular home for a good bit less. You can also buy a used double-wide 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mobil home for a whole lot less. Do your homework before buying any home. That includes checking out areas you might be interested in moving into. Also, don't sign any contract until reading it, and have your own lawyer check it out. And repaet after me: I WILL NEVER BUY A HOME IN AN HOA CONTROLLED COMMUNITY! Unfortunately, no matter how great they make their organizations sound, the end result is that almost all HOAs will habitually violate your Constitutional rights and make your life a living h3ll in the process. Anyway, if you really like this lovely model, can afford it, and have a n9n HOA place to put it, then by all means, go for it. Personally, I really like it, and my only major issue is its extremely overpriced cost. All of the minor issues are fixable without too much trouble. Because I am a little on the short side I would relocate the microwave oven to the counter. I would have ramps leading up to the front and back doors. I would put handicapped controls in the shower and tub. I would use a lighter shade of the wall tiles in the shower and tub and I would change the tub to a handicapped accessible tub with whirlpool type jets. I would trade out the out of reach cupboards over the fridge for a drawer under the fridge. SIGH! 🙄 I really do like this model, even the entire color scheme. I'd only change the shower and tub walls because they are too dark, but I like the look enough to just go with a lighter shade of the same color and pattern. Unfortunately, wishful thinking won't provide me with a nice place like this. Best to not dwell on what I don't have and can't get.
Mr. Tiny is a Texas treasure. I love that he always has such a positive energy about him. Absolutely love watching his videos as well as yours Mr. Chance. Thanks for sharing.
I love, love, love this house and I've been watching Mr. Tiny for a long time I just love the rustic look. Amazing.
The interior sells me. I don't love the logs on the outside but the deck is awesome. I would buy it.
The outside/front porch is perfect! And, I absolutely love the rustic decor and wood finishes!!! I never get tired of watching tiny home videos 😂

Kitchen is gorgeouslove the natural wood & no sink in the island😉
I love the outside fireplace
My two favorite people I love it❤

Very much love this home. Love all the wood and the wood burning fireplace. It has a very warm atmosphere to it

Mr Tiny!!!!!! Hey 👋
This is my favorite home tour of all time!!! That is the one that I would really love to own!!!! Yes Sir-ee Bob! I just love all of the WOOD!!!!! So thanks so muchly for showing this one... Shirley B.
I think It's a beautiful home
I almost didn't watch this video because I can't stand Mr Tiny. I'm glad stayed tuned. This is super nice!
I always love the cabin look... so warm and inviting.
Very pretty house. I love a walk in pantry
Thats a beautiful home!
Beautiful
Wow Chance you're a BIG guy, larger in stature than Mr.Tiny! I thought you were smaller, I love it, go Chance & this home is a definite BEAUTY!
Very nice house.
Beautiful home
This is absolutely the most incredible and beautiful set up I've ever seen. Perfect from end to end. It's my dream house. Id just need to make it fully off grid
Very nice
Hello Chance
That was a RAM on the wall lol the horns in the hallway from a Ram 🐏
This is a nice cabin home
I found a tiny house I loved about 5 years ago. Wrote down the information about it and now that I am ready it isn't available. So far I have yet to see another that even comes close. It was a park model and it would be my full time home.
Got me . Thought I might have clicked on the wrong video. I watch the guy show tiny homes. But ya got me.
Beautiful….😎

I think 🤔 the house minis the blue paint, and animal decorations.
Love this house and the layout. The only problem is price. You can build a brick and morter with a basement in my area. But it is very nice.
Love it
Love this home but outside of my price point. It's gorgeous though.
This is one of my favorites! Too expensive to come all the way from Texas to North Carolina, though😢!
I actually like this house! 🎉🥳
My Brother had these things in sectioned home and wished he had these changes mad
Nice!!
Want want 1❤
Love the house but want the changes I just said
Love this home shat is the cost
I watch U TUBE ALWAYS
❤❤❤
Very nice, but too expensive, especially for just 2 bdrms
Would like to know the price range for these home's. Could be exactly what I am looking for. Love the windows, let's in natural light.
A lot of drawer too

MOUNTAIN GOAT😅
If you live in WI where would you go to find a distributor or home like this? Thanks
Expensive but considering real wood throughout I can kjnd if understand how the price lsnded their. It's also Texas.
Chance do you get a commission if we buy one from there and tell them that you sent us?
You're NOT OPENING UP THE CABINETS OR REFRIGERATOR OR UNDER SINKS???
NO open shower tub combo
If I had the money to get it, I would be living in it right now. The only thing that I'm not a fan of is the blue in the living room. This is a cabin style and blue is not my thing for the living area.
I love you, Chance, but I have to say this has been my very favorite since the day I saw it!!!!❤❤❤❤
You can choose your color I believe.
I don't understand why they can't seem to put the fridge, near the dinning table. If your eating a meal and you need to refill your drink or need extra condiments, you dont have to walk all the way across the kitchen.
I don't like the deer on the wall
Bifold closet doors suck.they always come off the track
These people are crazy!

The deer heads kinda kill it from me. I lost interest after that.😢
Too many windows! The black appliances need to be stainless.
I look at these to bring down costs! Simply too much!!
Why oh why a single basin sink. That would definitely have to go.

Who was the guy at the beginning???? His pants were too tight, they were ripped at the bottom.

I didn't like the design. You can't use so many shades of wood in a small room. It looks terrible.
Not worth the money
Don't talk so much move on through the house
