That's why written passing rate is only 2%, in current year 21, 1700 something students appear in css written but only 360 and some thing passed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if you want to be an css officer 1st of all stay in group that is doing css prep, without it you cannot or hardly remain consistent a group of maximum 3 people, my mamu who is retired css officer he tells me without group and environment nothing is possible and many more tips

He is working as an Assistant, which is a BPS 16 job. The official name mentioned on all documents regarding his post is Assistant. Stop over glorifying your post. You're actually working as a senior clerk and your responsibilities are putting up files for the Section Officer who subsequently moves the file to the relevant Deputy Secretary.
