    I think with this Chidima issue, indeed the ANC/GNU has a lot on its plate. This is a serious legal challenge for us South Africans, moreover that there’s no consistency in applying our laws. This is leading to foreign nationals contesting for Presidency position in future.

    I did census on the farms. There were 3 generations of Malawians who were born in mzansi. They don't have citizenship. Because they were too broke to bribe the officials.

Youw weren't saying that when Nyerere of Tanzania gave the ANC 600 acres of land to build the Solomon Mahlangu college. You weren't saying that when the Nigerian govt gave the anti-Apartheid movement BILLIONS of dollars; a Nigerian child was so moved she started saving her lunch money to send to South Africa, when President Obasanjo heard, he was so moved he created the Mandela Fund (he imposed a tax on all civil servants, which was deducted directly from their salary and put into the Mandela Fund), Obasanjo and his govt contributed MILLIONS in DOLLARS, the Nigerian govt refused to sell oil to any country which had any dealings with the Apartheid regime, in the process, Nigeria lost BILLIONS of dollars in oil revenue. You weren't saying that when all South African exiles were given permission to attend University in Nigeria for free. You need to learn your country's history before paparing.

    An official from home affairs has clarified this matter that you are SA citizen by blood not by land. The parents are both foreigners even though she was born in SA she does not qualify .

    Iam from Uganda, i have children here in south Africa by Ugandan mother and South African mother, meaning got 2 wife's, so this has nothing to do with her citizenship , she was born and raised in south Africa and she is true south African, additional to that is African, if was white girl were you going to say the same thing, no one owns this world,it belongs to God 😊😊

      The deputy minister of DOHA explained last night on Newzroom Afrika in an interview that what makes a person South African. He didn't discuss her. In this lady's story, there's a lot of loopholes in terms of her real mother because if her real mother is indeed not South African, even when she's born in South Africa, she's a foreigner. He also stated that they can investigate her case because no one put a complaint in or wrote a letter for this case to be investigated.
