Because in terms of the PC progression, everyone is helping everyone at this point. I think this is the better move. That way, Marty can also progress. I was a little sad for Marty earlier during their conversation. It feels like Marty is all in in terms of helping Yuno and being there for each other. However, Yuno is torn due to he is part of the bois now, and doesn't want to make mistake and rat rack out who he is in cahoots with. It completely makes sense why Yuno is like this, as well as why Marty felt a little bit hurt during their convo.
