Arupadai Veedu The Six Abodes

This is a dance very dear to me because I learnt it when I was about 12 years old and the memory of practicing and the thrill of performing on many stages with my Guru Smt Padmini Ramachandran on the Nattuvangam has been engraved in my mind.
The 6 famous temples of Shanmugha has been extolled by the poet in this very eloquent poetry. To dance to it is like visiting each of these temples and living the life of those days of yore.
