@@tantan-pd9si as long as no one has heart attack issue or high blood pressure problem, I would say why not 😀. I am above 50 too and I find it quite fun yet adventurous to hike here. If someone has knee problem, he or she can visit panorama Tumpak Sewu only, for the rest, they can continue with the journey and I would believe you all will will enjoy the beauty of this wonderful place 😀.

I would say for those who don’t have good knees, or having high blood pressure pill, perhaps can stay at the 1st point - Panorama Tumpak Sewu. For those who want to continue to point 2 (Tumpak Sewu waterfall) and point 3 (Gua Tetes), they have to ensure they wear a pair of suitable shoes 😀. I am above 50, I find it ok to trek at this beautiful, breathtaking place 😀

這次的千個瀑布真的名符其實, 每個觀景點都由數不清的小水流形成, 很壯觀的同時亦很美觀, 由於位置都在山谷的底部, 如親臨其境應很有去了異世界的感覺。
很有興趣想知道您如何在這樣大的瀑布下, 仍能保持頭沒有出現水滴和霧化, 一般來說離大型瀑布300米便開始水氣衝天, 就非在瀑布的頂部, 否則不管是人. 相機還是錄像機都會全濕, 我不管在維多利亞. 伊瓜蘇還是尼亞加拉, 只要離開瀑布頂部, 一下到瀑布的中部或底部都被水氣弄到無法拍照😂😂
很高興看到您在視頻中會主動提醒大家要穿合適的鞋, 其實到野外地區, 只要沒有建設人工通道的地方, 都要穿上具備防水和防滑功能的越野鞋, 除了可保護自已外, 也避免了因為自已不小心接傷而影響同行者的行程。
在我眼中在明知是野外活動, 但又欠預備的人, 除了妄顧自身安全外其實很自私😡。這次的千個瀑布真的很夢幻, 可惜以我現時的體能真的就只有看的份兒。所以我一直對朋友說去旅遊一定要趁健康好, 兼有氣有力時早點去, 因為有很多地方不是單純有錢便能抵達。

Update 1: 现在瀑布已建了铁梯，较容易走，也比较安全了。
Update 2. Yanto住宿算不错，应该是那一区最好的了。但他卖的食物比50米外的小店贵至少三倍。附近小卖部的一碗炒面10K卢比，他卖35K。

当地人确实是只穿拖鞋，真的把我们看傻眼了，那里的路面又滑又很考验脚力，奉劝游客们真的别穿拖鞋过来。
