Frankly honest, they're pretty and sexual, which has its own criteria. To me, their movements seems very frantic and disjointed but it may be the video and its proximity to the Song girls. And it's not just Tusk. If the routines seem to lack anything, it would be gracefulness.

I have watched this video several times during the last month. I have noticed.......there ain't one ounce of fat on those girls.
Nice job! That song is about 20 years older than any of them, but they make it seem timeless.
You'd think that after doing this for almost 60 years it would get old.
It somehow stays as fresh as it was when they first did it.
There are over a dozen TH-cam videos of them dancing to "Tusk".
It must be their signature dance routine.
But, I'm not complaining.
Goes back four decades when Fleetwood Mac shot the video for Tusk with the Trojans.
You watch that video and realize that nearly everyone on the field is now a grandparent, dead, or gay.
