- I left for a 15-day trip to Greece to visit the Cyclades Islands
I suggest you discover and explore the island of Paros with me and my sister
We discover Parikia, Lefknes, Prodomos, Piso Livadi
The fishing village of Naoussa and the small island of Antiparos

DETAIL :
Paros is my 3rd largest island of the Cyclades, it is also one of the most touristic with its 7000 years of history and these 3000 hours of sunshine per year
On this island there are beaches with crystal clear waters, small picturesque villages and it is here that apparently we find the most translucent marble in the world.
"Parikia" is the largest city with its 6000 inhabitants, so it is its capital
The streets are very pleasant and shady, it is almost impossible to take a picture without a flowering bougainvillea
Do not hesitate to sneak into every nook and cranny there is always something interesting to see
I advise you to take a bus to go to "Lefkes" which is in the center of the island on the highest of its peaks ("Aghion Pandon")
It is considered one of the most beautiful villages here and it is the ancient capital of Paros, there are about 500 inhabitants
From there you can take the old Byzantine path (which is also the oldest path on the island) to reach the charming little village of "Prodromos".
After visiting this village you can reach the village of "Piso Livadi" which is located at the edge of the water.
The village is quite small but the atmosphere around the port and in the small streets inside is very pleasant
You can take the bus from here to go back to "Parikia"
"Naoussa" is a small typical village which is 10 km from "Parikia" (20 mins by bus)
It is a small fishing port which over time has become a very touristic place
Indeed there are a lot of coffee and tourists but the visit is still worth the detour, it is superb!
I also advise you to go to the small neighboring island Antiparos
You can take the boat from "Parikia" but it is longer and more expensive
I therefore advise you to leave the city of "Punda" there are 20 minutes by bus and 5 minutes to cross by ferry
On arrival there is a pleasant little port with a few restaurants
The small village is mainly made up of souvenir shops, luxury shops, bars and restaurants, it's a shame
There is nothing very typical or authentic.
A little further there is a small beach, the water is rather warm because you have to walk a long time to lose your footing.
I still recommend the visit which remains very pleasant.

Ohhhhh avant tout ! Je remarque que j'ai raté cette vidéo ! Je comprends mieux pourquoi y a cette charmante dame ahaha ! Bon je reste tout de même "jaloux" ! Ahaha 😅 moi aussi je veux visiter des endroits de ouf à tes côtés (sans trop de dénivelé si possible ahaha !) Tiens, je remarque que pour une fois... Il y a du monde dans cette vidéo, les touristes/habitants ne t'ont pas évité (ou l'inverse ! 🤣)! Ce p'tit chant des cigales... Ça me rappelle les étés à Toulon ! Ahaha 😅🙈 l'église est très belle ! (Et non tout pourri sale gosse !) apres une journée comme celle-ci tu dois avoir les pieds en compote et passer des nuits dites paisibles ahaha! Les villages sont magnifiques... Bordé par la mer wow 😲!!! J'espère que vous avez pris le temps d'une baignade quand même ! (Ahaha 😅 mais il fait un tour matinal pour profiter de l'île déserte j'adore ahahah , à croire que tu as anticipé mon message !) Mais c'est plus paisible sans trop de monde ,je le reconnais ! Encore un bon moment rempli de joie et de magnifiques plans ! ❤️ On se dit à la semaine prochaine ma boussole dorée 🥰

Je ne me baigne pas car je n'aime pas les plages ou juste en photo Ah ah !

C'est dernière semaine d'Aout, 1ère semaine de Septembre
Le meilleur moment pour partir en Europe car la majorité des gens rentrent préparer la rentrée 😄
Attention par contre car dans certaines îles, en Septembre, il risque d'y avoir pas mal de vent
Bonjour, je vais prochainement en grece et je compte faire paros et j'ai vu qu'on pouvait faire des randonnées mais comment vous avez fait pour réussir à trouver le départ et es ce que les balisage sont bien indiqué ? Avez vous pris un moyen de transport pour aller du fery à votre hôtel ou hébergement ?

Il y a en effet pas mal de randonnées à faire sur Paros
Moi j'ai choisi de faire l'ancien chemin des Byzantins
Il part du village de Lefkés (qui est l'ancienne capitale de Paros), dont on y accéde en bus
La ballade est superbe car on traverse les villages de Prodomos, Marpissa pour arriver à Piso Livadi qui est en bord de mer et où il y a un bus retour vers Parikia
A Lefkes j'ai eu du mal pour trouver le chemin !
Sur un guide j'avais lu que le départ se faisait au café : "Chez Loukis" mais je n'ai jamais trouvé
J'ai donc demandé aux habitants et j'ai trouvé
Pour info, il se trouve au bout d'un parking (que l'on voit sur ma vidéo)
Le village n'est pas grand donc vous trouverez forcement
Le balisage tout au long du chemin est très bien fait, je n'ai eu aucun problème à trouver
Sinon je peux vous conseiller de télécharger l'application "Maps Me" cela permet d'avoir les cartes sur son téléphone sans utiliser internet (il faut télécharger les villes ou îles avant)
