I remember the day I was scrolling thru TH-cam and happened to run across there first video a couple hours after they had posted it (I just looked and I subscribed the same day there first vid was updated) it’s crazy to see how far they come since march of 2019

Wow, that was a crazy race.
Always liked a Sunday afternoon dirt late model race.. this one had a lot of action and was quite exciting .. Joseph is an excellent 604 racer.. Jeese did a fine job not to get waded up in that wreck.. it’s easy to speculate why he didn’t come up thru the field with Joseph.. but they had fun and the cars are still in one piece.. that’s what really counts at the end of the day.. real fine video, Jonathan..
I think Jesse is too timid during a race. He qualifies decent, but if he doesn't start on the pole, he's done for. He VERY seldom passes a car during the race.
@@danwalker4391 I can tell you from experience ,back in the day, that as a rookie driver it is quite intimidating in a late model..regardless if you own the car or not.. I believe the edge is experience in this division, considering the cars are supposed to be equal.. Joseph will always have one up on Jeese, so comparing the two isn’t fair.. personally as an owner I would have kept Jeese in the 602 division until he became a series champion or at least get a track championship..the experience he would have gained would have been extremely valuable in his 604 quest..trying to appease his desires to become a super late model driver now is too soon ..

What is the job of the guy on the crew in the infield holding the colored sticks? Do they indicate track position/lap count or something else?

Good racing guys. Suggestion... put the drivers names on the cars, where the camera can see it. As is... we lose track of which car is which and who the driver is. Magnetic signs might be good. They could be switched as required.
Not a bad finish considering the carnage.

How do you guys set your car up for a track with big holes in it shouldn't the track repair it before the main races just saying.

They are for signals. They tell the fast lines, gaps, when to switch lines to block, etc. Many differeny opinions aboit them. Some places/series ban them some places don't care. McCready did an interview on them being banned some places Eldora. You'll see jesse in a bright long sleeve shirt and gloves when they are banned. They used light sticks a few years ago.

Either way it would put him to the back, if you are involved at all in a caution you go to the back. Or if you pit during a caution you go to the back.
@@ddr15d I wasn't sure - I know this isnt exactly true.... Some tracks use the blend rule and some will be overlooked if you had a incident to avoid a incident already taken place.... Iv looped my car a few times to avoid crashing or wrecked cars and got my spot back because I was not the car that brought out the initial caution and Iv seen this at several other tracks as well...

Have they ever explained why a Construction contractor from Baltimore Maryland would sponsor a dirt late model team from Milton Florida? Seems like a waste of advertising dollars.
Because of what you're commenting on. It's all about eyeballs and views. You also have to remember they don't just race in Florida anymore, they travel all over the Southeast and Midwest. Oh and this cool thing called a tax right off for langífielder

I would really like to see them work on 1 drive next year and that's jojo , get him back to bein a winnin car every race they have the absolute best stuff you can buy and they seem to have gotta worse they need to stop worrying bout Jessica except for maybe when don't have any race at all for jojo
😂😂 they haven’t gotten worse. For one they are racing supers now with a lot better competition. And they do just worry about JoJo’s racing other then a few races a year. And it’s Jesse not Jessica 😂. Maybe you need to understand viewership and having Jesse drive
joeseph moved to supers because he was dominating the crate classes. take in consideration hes driving against the best names the sport has to offer and he finishes in the top 10 on average, i say thats not half bad. jesse hasnt had really even a full season in the 604. his timidness and cautiousness is a real good thing when your still learning, that way you dont trash a car
@travismcdaniel9859 man you can like Jessica all you want but for the money bein throwed at all the equipment and its the same equipment that those best drivers you called them it's the exact same they have so yes jojo should be doin alot better cause he is a better driver then he is showing
@@travismcdaniel9859 not this year he hasn't...he's rarely raced against the best and when he does he's barely making shows...their series was a b series at best and they struggled there...this year was by far worse than the last 2 years
