This quote was for good for Nasya, but now she believes in the fairytale Ahmed invented for them. But yes it’s a golden cage. She gave up her freedom and identity and the fact that he gives her jewels etc. in return is not a good bargain.
Like in classic Stockholm Syndrome, she absorbs vision & ideals of her kidnapper. Now suddenly she even calls herself his slave, wants only to give him children, while he conquers the world. It’s so different to previous Nasya.
All of this sweetness in this context sounds so artificial and strikes so false, and for a reason because nothing of what they talk about will happen as they wish - Mustafa will get to the throne, Ahmed’s firstborn will not be Kösem’s son, and the witch deal will come out to be true. By submitting to Ahmed’s vision in flush of youthful puppy love Kösem doomed herself for life. Just as love based on Stockholm Syndrome cannot be pure, so also no one can stay pure and defeat everything and solve all problems with power of innocence & love in this palace.

I think she couldn't have done otherwise. She knew she would never return home. The only thing she had was "the sultan's love" which allowed her to survive Safiye and all those like her, climbing the ranks and becoming more and more powerful. She first had to accept the fact that she was a slave and that to be someone she had to give children to the sultan

И кстати, если бы Ахмед так уж её любил, то он мог бы в знак благодарности не побрякушек ей надарить, как обычной девке для утех, а сделать то, о чем она его много раз умоляла: разрешить ей навестить родителей! Или вообще перевести их в Стамбул.
This is the problem of the system. One single person cannot change it! Neither Nasya nor even Sultan Ahmed himself! See. He tried to set an example for his next generation not to kill own brother. But it didn't work!
