Thanks so much for posting this. Great instructional video. Very informative. One question: I know you discuss the form queues as you go through the progression, but if you could go over all of them in a bit more detail on the rings, it would be super helpful to have them all at one point in the video. Thanks again!
Why is it important to do it with a hollow body position? As per your instruction, that is how I perform them, but my coaches never instruct me to do it - when demoing they just let the legs dangle begind the hips. And thanks for all your wonderful videos. I'm a big fan of your work.
Because you don´t want to put unnecessary load to your lower back. By having a hollow body you put stress to your abs which is better. Hope i could help.
Tx very helpful tutorial, fir ring dips at the final position when body is up, what is the correct handgrip? Facing outward? Or sideward to your hips? Pls advise. Tx sista
So i can do about 10 ring pushups, but my ring holds and ring dips are a struggle. maybe get around 2-3 ring dip negative. any tips? Should i focus on keeping my body straight or lean forward while doing a dip?
Having the feet on a box when starting ring dips is a great stepping stone, thanks for that suggestion
I found this really helpful. thank you!

Thank you ! Starting out....its always great to see women mentors for me to know that i can do it too !

which has more muscle activation? ring dips or bar dips(like the pullup bar) ?
I know it's late but if you're still interested (half a decade later ☺️) Ring Dips have greater muscle activation BY FAR
Thank you. Also damn you're buffed, you look great 🤟
Estrada or nada!!!
