    Lawrence I have tried to do this on a raspberry pi 4b and have had no luck. Any suggestions?

    How do i connect more than 13 servos? What pins? I have emailed but have gotten no response. Is this still active?

    Larry, what is the RS485 and why is it necessary? I haven't seen this item in any other projects.

      Hi Doug, RS485 is a serial protocol wherein you can tie multiple devices to a single RS485 adapter. This is very versatile where you have multiple Arduino's connecting to JMRI. Otherwise, each device would have to have an individual serial port.
