Good on you for giving it a go, its always a bit tricky the first time which is why it's good to do the same drawing more than once. Really good tutorial. I just picked up drawing again, and will give this a go. just wondering if you use a HB pencil all the way or change it when you start shading. Thanks again.
Hi Andre, best to use a 2h pencil to start with and then switch to a 2b pencil when you are happy with the base drawing and ready to build up the shading, and even a 4b or 6B for the black points. But you could use a hb pencil all the way if you don’t have anything else, just use it lightly to start with and you won’t get black from an hb but you can get dark grey :) thanks very much for watching!
Grab a pencil and paper and give this a go! Allow yourself about 30 minutes and just pause the video when you need to. Good luck :)
