There's no use collecting cards. More often than not it just doesn't pay off. Simply play your cards as they are, and you'll have more chance of winning

Vik didn't play that bad imo. UNO is overall a very lackluster game since it's like under 10% skill and the rest is luck, so I feel like he made out pretty well with what he had.
