So i wanted to point out that the way the IR is suppose to work is that you wait 8 weeks after they are healed from the injury. Whenever Cam Akers was put on IR then you have the healing process. Which goes to the injury being gone to the 8 weeks after and you must have a spot open on the team. You can only do this for 2 players per season. Most of the time it is better to put players that are like 20+ weeks of injury on the IR because when someone else comes back then you have them back and won't have to wait until almost the playoffs to get them off IR. I know these are pre-recorded so it is why i didn't say anything on the last video also i figured you know this already. So really if you count the bye week then it's been 3 weeks but if you don't it's only been 2 weeks. He got hurt in week 3 and was out for 7 weeks on the IR. So if it is what i read then you have him out for the season basically if he has to wait 8 weeks after healing to get off the IR.
