Just an update on Vesti he is going to race in the 2025 IMSA SportsCar Championship for Cadillac Whelen and I’m pretty sure is still the reserve driver for Mercedes
I predicted that Haas will have Magnussen and Fittipaldi and completely missed Ollie. I am quite proud of my prediction about Doohan going to Alpine and Hulk to Sauber. But my guess of Sainz replacing Checo in RedBull was realistic but RedBull did RedBull things. I also thought that Alonso will jump to Mercedes and Ocon will take his seat returning back to Aston (Force India). I also thought that Sauber would want to have two experienced drivers to help with developement of Audi for 2026 by keeping Bottas. I also made the prediction of Ricciardo loosing his seat to Lawson. Of couse, Antonelli had to replace Sargeant and get the Williams seat. I made the prediction right after Hamilton and Ferrari anounced the move.
Fair enough with the doohan pick, I guess I didn’t see the ocon downfall coming so soon. Checo should have gone to red bull, Fittipaldi is a bold one for haas, ocon going back to force india would have been an awkward one considering they almost cost him his f1 career, the sauber one is fair and well done for doubting ricciardo 😂
@@Kinggrave I didn't think that Ocon would be that bad, I just figured that most of Alpine crashes were caused by Ocon crashing into Gasly, and Doohan was always on my list of drivers I want to see in F1, so I put 2 and 2 together. Ocon going to Aston was more or less an afterthought. I expected Haas to give Fittipaldi a chance after being with them for quite a while as a reserve now and I expected Kev to gat back to his form he had at the start of 2022, so there would be no need to fire him. I predicted Hulk to Sauber also just as an afterthought, even when it would have make more sense for Hulk to go to Aston and Ocon taking the last remaining seat at Sauber. And also, when Colapinto made the move to Williams, I thought that Mercedes would wait and see what he can do, especially after Kimi binned it into a wall after like 10 minutes of FP1.
Williams wanted Lawson to replace Sargent but Red Bull blocked it and they got Colapinto in. Good thing about Lawson is he is faster than Albon and doesn't crash often if at all.
@@Kinggrave Lawson rates Colapinto since they both raced in not top tier 2 teams so hard to be at the top. Also shouting out Drugovich for deserving a seat was also cool from Liam. Netflix DTS will be amazing this and next year
Imagine Wehrlein got the Mercedes seat in 2017 😂 But i don’t think bottas would have moved anywhere other than Williams. Think he would’ve just stayed there, massa retired in 2016 and stroll comes in in 2017 with valterri being his mentor
2026 *Red Bull* Verstappen Sainz *Mercedes* Russell Antonelli *Ferrari* Leclerc Hamilton *McLaren* Norris Piastri *Aston Martin* Alonso Tsunoda *Alpine* Gasly Aron *Williams* Colapinto Albon *Audi* Hulkenberg Borteleto *RB* Lindblad Hadjar *Haas* Bearman Ocon *Andrertti* Perez Crawford I think Russell will be next year champion, and him and maxare going to destroy really hard both of thier teammates. In the case of lawson having him with no seat in 2026, as lindblad and hadjar ar going to take the RB slots with tsunoda leaving to aston martin after another good season with Rb, and especially with the honda influence in the second seat at Aston (in the the stroll joke will come to an end, after having a good car in 2025 to get at least 3th place, but with stroll costing them way too many points). After losing the WDC and coming 3rd again in the Constructors, Horner loses even more power and they go with the sensible choice, Sainz (with clauses that make the move really cheap for them). To replace him, they give the go to colapinto, and Albon cant find better offers elsewhere. Ferrari stays the same after a Huge internal Battle that cost them the WDC, but not the constructors, win it after almost 20 years. McLaren flops a bit, a similar situation to the ferraris but in a bit of a lower level in every aspect. Alpine sacks Doohan to put Aron (i think this change could happen mid season) Haas stays the same (I REALLY dont like Ocon, and i was close to put Lawson in that seat) Same for Audi. Russell 1 Max 2 - (BIG point gap, the next 5 could be in a 30 point margin) Leclerc 3 Ham 4 Norris 5 Alonso 6 Piastri 7 - Kimi 8 Lawson 9 - Tsunoda 10 Ferrari Mercedes RB Mclaren Aston Rb Alpine Haas Williams Sauber
Eventually. I don’t want to just do them all in a row because I fear it could get boring and stale. That’s why I’m doing some videos inbetween each year

Just don’t get it at all. He’s a decent driver

Oh ok well that’s something. But still, it was very weird how he was just forgotten by everybody and never gets mentioned anymore
Possibility if he does well be could get the Cadillac seat or be their reserve?
Bottas will be the reserve driver for Mercedes for 2025
@gearbxpdc teams can have multiple reserve drivers. Mercedes had Vesti and Schumacher this season, Ferrari had Bearman and Shzwartzman, etc
6:38 bro thought Stroll was going to WEC
Should’ve done
Btw, Sargeant is set to compete in the European Le Mans Series in 2025 meaning that he is doing endurance racing
Oh nice I thought he was doing Indycar?
@@Kinggravei dont think he got in

wow. 12/20 correct, great score!

Antonelli moves to Williams and Sainz to Merc
Would’ve made more sense than antonelli going to Mercedes at the start of the year 😂

He made big impressions in points then in the walls. That hurt his career a little.
To this day i wish Valtteri Battas have sigh with Renault for 2017-19 seasons that way, Hulkenberg would be in mercedes
