Thanks for the video. I have my unit and was having issues with it but I figured it out on my own because their support is basically non-existent. I’m actually in Texas now and filtering out of a lake and it tastes great. The problem I was having was the unit would run for 40 seconds and shut off. It didn’t indicate it was low on charge but that was the issue. It needed charging. It does not get anywhere close to being able to filter as many gallons of water per charge as advertised. So if your unit runs for only 40 seconds and shuts off, you need to charge it.
Man you get cool gear. We can get by without electricity and we can build a fire to stay warm but we have to have clean water to drink.
