David Easton, John Rawls, Isaiah Berlin, George Sabine, Hannah Arendt, Leo Strauss, M Oakeshott, Eric Vogelin, Bertrand de Jouvenel, Herbert Marcuse,
Sheldon S Wolin, Thomas Samuel Kuhn so on.

(इस व्याख्यान में मैंने राजनीतिक सिद्धांत के पतन और पुनरुत्थान पर चर्चा की है। यह अध्याय उन छात्रों के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है जो यूजीसी नेट राजनीति विज्ञान की तैयारी कर रहे हैं या राजनीति विज्ञान में बीए प्रोग्राम और एमए प्रोग्राम कर रहे हैं। यह व्याख्यान यूपीएससी उम्मीदवारों के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण है जो यूपीएससी को वैकल्पिक राजनीति विज्ञान के रूप में तैयार कर रहे हैं। इस प्रमुख व्याख्यान में मैंने कुछ महत्वपूर्ण उप विषयों को शामिल किया है। ये उप विषय हैं-
राजनीतिक, सिद्धांत, राजनीतिक सिद्धांत, राजनीतिक सिद्धांत का पतन, राजनीतिक सिद्धांत का पुनरुत्थान, राजनीतिक सिद्धांत के पतन में मैंने कई विचारकों पर चर्चा की है। ये विचारक हैं -
डेविड ईस्टन, अल्फ्रेड कोब्बन, डांटे जर्मिनो, पीटर लैसलस्ट, रॉबर्ट डाहल, एस एम लिपसेट, कार्ल पॉपर, नील रीमर, ब्रेन बेरी इत्यादि। दूसरी ओर मैंने राजनीतिक सिद्धांत के पुनरुत्थान में कई विचारकों पर चर्चा की है। ये विचारक हैं- डेविड ईस्टन, जॉन रॉल्स, इसायाह बर्लिन, जॉर्ज सबाइन, हन्ना अरेंड्ट, लियो स्ट्रॉस, एम ओकशॉट, एरिक वोगेलिन, बर्ट्रेंड डी जौवेनेल, हर्बर्ट मार्क्यूज़, शेल्डन एस वोलिन, थॉमस सैमुअल कुह्न इत्यादि।)
