Yes I have used Chiroprators and they do help. I could not stand up straight because of my lower back and he put electrical things on my back for twenty minutes and I walked out normal. He did not crack my back or anything else though, He just put the electrical leads on.

Yes they really help if you find a good one. I locked my neck one morning. I could not move it. I went to the chiropractor and he pulled or popped my neck. I can't remember for sure. I felt all this heat come out of my neck. He said take some ibuprofen when you get home and take it easy. I have never had to go back again. And this was 25 plus years ago. I got a really good one. If you have to keep going back every week, there not very good. read reviews on them l, for sure. Good Luck

Been to many chiropractors when I was younger for minor aches and pains but now that I have screws and plates in my neck I would not let a chiro touch me! They teach you proper excercises to strenghthen the muscles in the area that is causing pain. My dr can get me walking again when my back goes out.
Yes I believe, not all the same but I’m currently seeing one and had made a big difference. They don’t bone crack anymore at least mine doesn’t.

Chiropractors are okay for minor issues but for a real illness a medical doctor is needed. I speak from experience.
