running in the winter on snow+ice!!! bloody hell we´re all pampered!! this lady needs a special award!!! i feel so nothing compared to her!! look ppl couch to 5k in snow is next!!!
@@lauradryden Sarcastic! No way!! I couldnt believe you would even consider running in the snow. I tried twice and gave up after 1 lap of my running track. What i wanted to say is youre a credit to anybody who says it cant be done. Sorry if you thought i was trying to insult you
@@chriscoughlan5221 No worries. Running in extreme weather isnt for everyone, especially beginners on C25K. I've been a runner for over 10 years now so I've got experience, just using C25K to build my stamina back up. No insult taken - No worries :)
@@lauradryden Im also not a beginner. Ran in the past. But since suffering Lumbago 7 yrs ago after running 15km i totally stopped running. When i tried to go running again i struggled to run for 2 mins!! I agree with you about the app. It does help with building stamina.
Very impressive progress, Laura! 20 minutes is awesome. Agree positive mindset is important to enjoy and do well. Keep it up and look forward to next week.
I knew you could do it Laura! Somedays things don't go to plan but you gave it another go and smashed it! Well done! Stay positive! You should be really proud of how it's going. Keep it up! 😎🤘🏻
This is so cool that you can capture yourself running! I need a really good supportive sports bra before I can jog! Its so cool how youre documenting all of this!
I wish I had your motivation. Since all the in person races went away 16 months ago, I’ve completely lost the umph to run. Hopefully it’ll come back soon. :)
Honestly, motivation is such a fickle thing. I'm stuck in a rut with no motivation atm, we all hit it at some point. Fingers crossed we both break out of it soon!
Thanks! It's definitely not for everyone. I actually quite enjoy running on fresh snow when its crunchy. As soon as it gets compact and slippy thats a different story. Im using the Insta360 cam so its their selfie stick, it gets cut out automatically via the camera.
Are you using a drone to film you Laura? Also are you wearing a sports bra? You run really quickly, you’re amazing. I’m 40lb overweight, i “run” at 3 miles an hour top speed when i can get out.
Im not no, Im using a 360 camera with an invisible selfie stick that gets edited out. Yes, absolutely, can't run without a sports bra! Using Panache Ultimate run for most of my runs at the moment. Thanks - I dont personally think I run fast but its fast to some... however, as long as you're getting out, it doesnt matter how fast you go, a mile is a mile, whether you do it in 16 minutes or 6.
Yep, thats why I started my social media pages initially and started my youtube channel alittle further on. Lost weight and then gained some back.. so back on the weightloss bandwagon again and hopefully will keep it off this time.
Beautiful opening scenery. Thanks for a great running video.

Thanks alot, yeah, positive mindset makes all the difference between a good and a bad run!

Thanks Ben! Yeah, very proud of how i've been sticking to plan and how I've been progressing. Thanks for your support as always!
Amazing. I don’t know why you don’t have more subscribers on your channel. One of my favourites x
Oh thank you!
Fantastic job Laura, completely agree, repeat when needed and be positive
Thanks Ian! I may need to do a few more repeats having looked at the next few weeks! 😬

Yeah, sports bra is imperative for running! Shock Absorber or Panache are great high support bras!
Nice work Laura! Keep it up
Thanks Dan!

That was a tough week for a lot of us. Nice work just getting out there when it is so cold. I hate when I over dress also.
Thanks Don! Yeah, overdressing sucks!
Way to get in snow runs! I can’t do it. What’s the selfie stick you use that can’t be seen in the camera? That’s cool.

congrats, I remember how chuffed I was at that when I started running too!
Thanks! Yeah, I know that feeling all too well, I've done c25k a couple of times in the past 😂
Well done!
Thank you!

why fat to fit? did you want to lose a few pounds?
