@@TombaDT I found it now. It's really awkwardly placed. Most items you pick up are small 2D pixel-art that stands out. The raft is a large 3D object that blends in with the background. The raft is also placed on top of an object you can't "stand on", only stand in front of. All other items you pick up are placed on the same plane you're walking on. I'd love a Tomba/Tombi remake, considering how many games are remade, and those item is one of them they have to fix to be more consistent.
I also had this problem. I was playing it on my Vita, and I had a custom screen size that I intended to simulate CRT overscan while making the screen as wide as possible (and keeping the aspect ratio), so that dock was completely hidden from me. I checked out a walkthrough and it told me to foreground jump, and that was probably the one spot I never checked. >

You can find the raft on the left side of the Town of Civilization after completing the "I need a Bomb!" event.

@@Liggliluff Yeah it really is! I had to squint really hard to see that raft. To me it looks like it is floating in the air!
