Good word. God owns it all; our hope should be IN HIM, not money. Money is a tool. We are to be accountable to HIM and be the BEST stewards we can be. It's about our heart; God loves a cheerful giver, a generous, "prompt to do it" giver! God Bless you! I really enjoy your teachings and appreciate your knowledge of the WORD. I understood first that he would like to be the best and that he might be competitive. But, the way you describe it is really nice and spiritual. What would you think if your son was talking about being the best?
