Great fun but it can get very busy. Nice to have it to yourselves! :-) When I went on Masterblaster the tire turned around immediately so I experienced the whole ride backwards.Those red and green short slides are sooooo fast. Mental. It's worth looking into the Blackpool resort plus pass to do all sorts around Blackpool including Sandcastle with the slides and a day at Pleasure Beach.
It was a surreal experience to do it by ourselves, it has definitely given us the bug for doing a longer day there during normal hours and for filming more water park videos too. I fell off the rubber ring on master blaster at the bottom twice!
Ooh and now for something completely different! I haven’t been there since it literally just had the blue and yellow slide. Good to see how it’s changed.
Great fun guys! Hadn’t realised they had one of those water coasters where you get blasted up hill by water jets. Would love to see you go to Siam Park in Tenerife. IMHO the best water park in the world, with possibly the best theming I’ve seen in any theme park.
If you ever get the opportunity try out volcano bay it is so well themed and the tapu tapu system is great. I still can't decide which water park is my no1 though I'm struck between Siam and volcano bay

I went there a couple of days ago and I went on the master blaster and ripped my swimming costume and burnt my back and I came out backwards! The drop at the end though !😂😄

Brilliant, it's well worth a visit, our advice would be arrive slightly before opening time and get in early, it's usually very quiet for the first hour or so.
It's a great waterpark and it's even good to get to in February when it's open It must of been great to get the whole place to your self for an hour, it's great showcasing what else Blackpool has to offer

There are inflatable rings on the outside of each entrance to the slides. With montazooma mats and Aztec falls rings they are outside the ending and entrance of them. You'll see people queuing up for a ring
Thats such a gd review off sandcastle. Another suggestion would be southport water park ( dont know the real name but there is only one water park in southport) that seems to be a good park to review and look at.

Not been yet......always thought it was a bit expensive as once you have paid to go in you then have to pay extra for the flumes......
It's well worth a visit, you can do plenty of rides before the crowds arrive if you arrive at opening time.

The only slide Mike was unable to do was the Master Blaster, personally speaking at 15 stone (Scott replying here) I had no issue with any of them.
