Why Kick Hopper and Dark Kiva, they’re not final forms and Dark Kiva isn’t a third rider (oh wait, that’s Saga)

Snipe only has Simulation form, Chronus form doesn’t really count.
It’s because kick hopper actor was the first the bee so that maybe why and saga is kiva third rider and saga uses the dark kiva powers to be on equality footing with kiva emperor but with necrom sanzo is the last form he uses in the show and because toei hasn’t made his final form eyecon toy and ryugen jinban is just a fun bonus and for snipe toei did official make his final form into chronus from the show to his own movie even the stage play
