My mom got me to like veggies young subconsciously by feeding me vegetable soup while I watched Elmo. I didn't care what she was feeding me, tv was good.
I think you need to add something fatty to the carrot when you cook them. Otherwise you can't get the vitamins (at least the carotin). I like to add a little bit of butter when I prepare them in a pan. It's so freaking delicious 🤤👌
