- We were so honored to have Rick & Connie Hoying (Scott's parents), Mike Grassi (Mitch's dad), and Angelica Maldonado (Kirstin's mom) attend PentaCon 2016 and answer our questions in a very special panel. We also had special video messages from Candace Olusola (Kevin's sister), Oluwole & Curline Olusola (Kevin's parents), and Mike and Shelly Kaplan (Avi's parents). Nel Grassi also attended other events throughout the weekend, and Scott's sisters Lindsay and Lauren attended the panel as well with their families, including baby Landon. It was such a pleasure having Pentatonix's families attend the event. We are so thankful for them and they are so sweet! Enjoy this special panel! :)

LOL! The way each parent reacted to speaking during Q & A sessions mirrors the way Scott, Mitch and Kirstin speak during Q & A sessions! Thoroughly enjoyed this! ! ! ! I wish that Kevin and Avi's parents could have been there, but it was great to see them on video.

wow Rick looks exactly like Scott! Mike has Mitch's laugh, and Angelica is a replica of Kirstie literally she gets everything from her mom :) (looks, voice and behavior) Great panel you guys!! 👏🏼👏🏼I will be attending Pentacon 2K18 hopefully all of their parents attend including Kevin's and Avi's 😀

These people have no idea how large an impact their kids have honestly had. I am an atheist and metalhead, I love Pentatonix. I'm not the only one. Rap fans, Blues fans, Country fans, etc etc love and respect these people. Their children have affected so so much.

Each one of the Pent. Parents did THE most wonderful job raising your kids ...ESPECIALLY to love ALL and to treat EVERYONE with respect no matter the color of their skin...their religion...or sexuality...isn’t that what Jesus would want us to do if He walked this earth today ?? Isn’t that this life is all about?? As a parent ...I’m of the Christian faith and I have made a point to raise my kids this way...actually both my husband and myself ❤️....And I was born and raised in Arlington❤️...When I saw your kids on the sing off and watched the episode when the group had such respect for Kevin’s religious beliefs and HE their beliefs...I’m telling ya...my heart just EXPLODED....absolutely made my heart melt ...I started tearing up😅...KNOWING this is what it’s all about ...and sad knowing how so many Religions have this WRONG😥😥...But hopefully this is changing with YOUR kids generation ❤️...Great Job parents👍🙏🙏❤️

I do the same thing as Mitch, when ever my parents hear me sing in the shower or something I get so nervous and and just deni I was singing. If they tell me to sing something I just tell them I can't sing right now.

great parents we should love all our family.I have a nephew who is gay and I couldn't love him more if he was my own. we go to church and we love everyone as God loves everyone.Anyone that says God don't love gay people are liars. This is a group that touches people's soul. I know God has his hands on them all. I will keep praying for them all. love you guys and praying for you always you guys are wonderful.Mitch is the best I know he loves deeply and his dad is great.

I really had a great time watching this. I have a soft spot for Angelina. She doesnt speak a lot like the others but when she does, she is funny just like Kirstin. I love Mother-daughter relationships and its clear that they went through a lot together and they made hell of a team. I respect them all a lot and love them even more.
