- First test of the latest Noie creation. You have all seen the AR timer table. This is the AF timer table, which also includes an FC radio. This means it can be radio activated over a mile away. Alert, attack, and fast wail are all tested, and I also programmed a growl function. Sirens in Mayer county are tested before most parties, usually on a Saturday around 2pm.

Out of curiosity, does your two way radio store the tones or are you using external input?
Super Signal It’s DTMF, so all I have to do is punch in the DTMF code (ex. 1234) and hit the transmit button and it will transmit that DTMF code. If I was using two-tone, I would have to play the two-tone through an external source using the radio as a pass through.

+WarningSirensOfMichiana If I'm not mistaken, the MD-380 has two programmable buttons on the side next to the PTT. I'll bet using CHIRP you could program "Hotkeys" into it. Now that would be cool.
@@flyoversirens3704 Lol that's actually how I have it set up. I have the hotkeys programmed for growl and cancel. The rest of the signals are punched in manually. I did this on purpose, don't want to accidentally hit a button and have it go into 3-minute alert

ben reinoehl your best bet is to look at sites such as EBay. You won’t see a price on federal’s website unless you work for a government municipality and request a quote
