Regarding accusations of cheating:
1. Rhine Experimental Group (or as I was told, a few members of the group) *did* cheat during the Surging Heart of Flame event on CN, by using a software tool that captured and edited data packets being sent from and to the game server. What this did is essentially allowing REG to edit data from the game server to the client to achieve max level operators/skills, then when combat is finished, edit the data packet sent from the client to the server to make things look normal again. This effectively allowed them to experiment builds/strategies without actually having to own the units, and is without doubt considered to be a form of cheating.
2. However, they were caught fairly early on and HG quickly patched the game by adding encryption to the data packets so it was no longer possible to intercept and edit them. This happened in late August 2019 (right after the Summer event). It was no longer possible to cheat this way after the patch. Nevertheless, REG's reputation was damaged, and the defiant attitude of those who cheated made things worse. REG itself made a few apologies later but people weren't convinced.
3. With that said, it's fairly certain the clear of Chernobog Area 59 Risk 25 you saw in this particular video was not a product of cheating (i.e. there were no stats tampering to make the impossible possible), as there have been others who were able to replicate its success.
Personally, I'm not exactly a fan of REG, but I can still recognize and appreciate a brilliant strategy when I see one. The way REG made Spectre/Schwarz/Saria system work is amazing and I hope people who don't have anything to say other than "cheaters" to take it somewhere else - for example, under videos where there is actually cheating going on.

To explain the situation:
1. Specter was supposed to have her skill up at that point of time.
2. However, because Schwarz critted a shielder earlier, it failed to hit Specter once before dying, causing Specter to be healed once less than expected by Saria (which generates 1 sp), and as such, she was 1 sp short when the last Axeman was about to hit her.
3. However (again), when the last shielder and axeman got to Specter at the same time, the shield hit first due to being slightly ahead/faster attack animation, squeezing one extra Saria heal before the Axe came down, which generated that one crucial sp needed for Specter to activate her skill.
In any case, this is a showcase of how luck can mess up extremely intricate calculations and then bring them back online lol.

@@Nano-n In the first CC season featuring Area 59 risk 25 was the highest achieved level with only 3 players. They has also come up with a strategy for risk 26 but wasn't able to perfect the timing before time runs out.
In the second CC season featuring Barren Land risk 27 was the highest.
This is the strategy that I've been basing my CC prep on. Got all of them E2 so far, some M3s and got the last potential on Spectre today for that extra 2% HP.
This was a massive feat at the time, still leaving a deep impression when watching this

@@kellyclear2358 How recruitment works in cn is that units are added in recruitment when it's updated by banner, like in cn only skadi banner(skadi, nightmare, beehunter, midnight) are in recruit, but they are gonna have an update that adds Chen, swire, greyy and popukar

The Rhine Group members spend DAYS of trials for this event. They spent 40 hours alone for the cc26 clear and only managed to come up with a strategy revolving around Red dodge RNG but failed to complete it because of the event ending.

Just place her after you retreated siege so she can absorb the attack. There is nothing special about it.

Fimbulvetr 0 well 1st it's going to be a long time until that point, and you only need to get pass contingency 18 to unlock all the rewards, these guys were developing strategies for contingency 27 on this map towards the end of the event and almost made it in time to pass contingency 27. So there is absolutely no need for a normal arknights player to get to this level unless you already want to seriously challenge yourself
The7Dark yes, this level of contingency is not needed I you are only aiming for rewards. How contingency contract work is that there are 5 different maps, and *YOU* choose how hard each level is by choosing different contingency for each level every time you enter the level. For example, risk 0 will actually buff your operators, and the higher the risk level the harder the level become. There is, for example, contract banning all range units, or buffing the enemy, or debuffs your operators, and so on. For rewards, risk 18 is enough for you to get all the rewards. This video is doing risk 25 just for challenges. Also, there is not one single way to clear the stage. I, for example, cleared this specific map at risk 23 without using any guide as a free to play player on CN server. Plus for EN and JP, this is probably going to come after about a year, so you have plenty of time to get ready.

So far this strat is the most stable one i have tried without p6 and all but just E2 M1 on most skll except Feater on risk 18
you...shouldn't do this strat on week 1 (old testament) because most defender can easily tank the midlane, unlike the 2nd week with that -75% HP debuff contract. Instead of specter just throw in Hoshi or Nearl or Cuora or Liskarm or smt and use a ground DPS instead of schwarz so you can get one extra risk with the high zone ban

Welp, I have barely any units up AT ALL. I made the mistake of focusing on a few 'Good' units, which, although is the better strategy in most games, is not the case here as all operators, even the low-rarity ones, have a lot of uses. So, I'm stuck with 1 E2, about 7 or 8 E1's, and the rest at E0. And from the E0's that I have (Over 50) I have about 5 of them leveled past 1.
TL:DR I'm actually fucked.
@@jester6819 True lol. For me since I started late, there're already so many info on the game that I can be more efficient on building my team. But it's also because I started late that I don't have enough time and resource (since I missed the Grani event) to raise more of my units.
For me I have 3 E2lv20, 9 E1lv60 and 9 E1lv40. Also raised all 2star ops and Lancet to lv30, they helped me a lot in the early game.
If you're a new player, I can give you some progression tips if you have some questions in mind :)

Thank you. I think I managed to move out of the 'New Player' category after getting an E2, but advice is always appreciated. Currently, as I missed the Grani event too, am stuck with no mats to both level and promote my units... So that's what I'm working on, brining most of my roster into E1 55.
angelina can be changed to eyjayfalla?(not sure the purpose of ange here.. to nuke frontline-enemy or kill red-katans?) megallan maybe can change manticore/ethan? FEater ca change Shaw lol? hellagur i think better use S2? just trying to think alternatives.. these 6stars too rare lol
There are many other risks 25 strats. I did one with Red too. But there are a few things to note:
- Angelina was used for her slow so no, eyja can't replace her. Ethan would be a better choice but his skill is RNG so you have to deal with that.
- Magallan and FEater can't be changed as she is too important for the whole run being able to deal with the top Avenger (these things one shot every operator if they get to attack) and freeze the whole mid lane with her drone.
- If Hellagur use S2 he would die because he can't kill a caster when the skill is down. Remember that every enemies has a shit ton of attack and our character has -75% HP. An alternative would be using Saria and Myrtle together for the right side as demonstrated in my other video.
Anyway, if you are going for high-end CC clear then these 6* is least of your concern and you should already have all of them. The real problem is some operator would even need high potential (duplicate), for example, the whole team needs high potential so their DP cost is reduced, Specter needs to be potential 5 so that she can survive 1 attack from the shield dude, FEater needs potential 4 for her attack speed increase, Silver Ash need as high potential as possible so he can be redeployed faster.
For Risk 18 will this work?
If I tank mid low with hoshi, saria and dmg with Lappland and SA, bottom right with Hellagur
Then FEater and Magallan at exact position as this

18 is maximum reward yes. You just do higher level for rank and flex, think of it as some kind of pvp competitive event.

because they got the -75% operator max HP tag
Wait, so if this is exactly like in EN's CC, they went with "allies' HP -75%" and "enemies' attack +80%". That mean, with all the other contracts, if any enemy, even the normal guys at the beginning, touch an operator, that op is dead within 3 hits (without any healing), and I've tested it. How can they leave Siege right at the entrance block and she's not dead??? Or are the CN contracts different from ours? Can anyone explain?
Siege is just that strong lol. She has over 400 def.
even all of that, she still has more defense than little guys atk so she only take 5% dmg.
