Hi guys! Thanks for posting the video, very helpful! Upon implementation, we have an issue that some users cannot fill in the field "Info Price". Primarily, that is an issue where prices are not set up in the item master data or with orders for a dummy item. Any idea why some users can and cannot fill in the field? Thanks, Max
Hi Max, not knowing your setup, this might be tough for us to answer. However, you could try checking what price list AND price list authorization group is assigned to each item. It's possible the users in question don't have full access to the price list group which is governing the 'info price' for these particular items when entered into a purchase request. This may block them from updating the info price??? (sorry, that's an untested theory) Other tools like B1UP or coresuite can also add more complex authorization procedures. Hope this helps!
Thanks for posting this video.
How I create "Purchase Request" by copy from "Sales Order" ?
By using the Procurement Confirmation Wizard
If I have to create weekly a procurement request am I able to do this just duplicating the privieus procurement request?
