I just turned that little knob on the guitar-head :D I know it's not good for a 7-string to tune it up but I didn't have the right strings and setting for this tuning on my 6-strings neither so I tried if the 7-string could handle this awkward situation ;)
As far as I can remember I just tuned the strings up which I needed for that song. I'm not completely sure but I think I didn't use the 2 highest strings so I didn't tuned them up (the high e would probably break if you tune it up to F)...
