It's funny how the 3 actors have like 3 different levels of dance skills. But the video's been choreographed and shot so well, you don't even really notice! 😂
The point about Farhan & Abhay dancing with Hrithik, though correct... but them together still fits the bill. Especially, on the back of the storyline with 3 friends taking a trip... all will not necessarily have the same skills but thats what friends are like...
I think it works better that they are dancing together, yeah hritik is phenomenal and Farhan is actually a pretty good dancer, not sure about abhay but for the kind of movie this was, all about three friends having fun together. it feels natural and real that you just dont care if you are a better or worse dancer then your best friend when you are having fun you dance together.
Sorry to say...flamenco dancing has its roots in Romani gypsy.. who are originally from Indian origin migrated to Europe before 10th or 11th century ...so it's original Indian dance
Talking about screen presence Hrithik got award for the best male actor in the lead role which is so funny because he was actually in the supporting role , the other two have a better role dealing with daddy issues and relationship issues
I’ve always enjoyed this song, but as a musician, the one thing that I wish Shankar, Ehsaan, and Loy hadn’t done was to auto-tune the boys’ vocals so perfectly, particularly when they’re singing in unison (which is to say, NOT when they’re harmonizing in the chorus-I’m talking more about instances like the second go-round of _”mujhko baahon mein tum ghero”_ prechorus between Abhay and Hrithik). It’s too clean-sounding. If I’d been in the studio, I’d have been a little less aggressive with the _Auto-Tune™️._ It would’ve made it a little more real and “live”-sounding, and IMO compelling, whereas it sounds a little antiseptic as produced. Also, it would have made it easier to distinguish their voices from one another (whichkind of important because Abhay’s voice is kind of high-midrangy and “blend-y”-there’s a technical term for ya 😆-whereas Hrithik’s and obviously Farhan’s are much more distinct and easier to pick out). It’s a pretty minor matter overall, but one that I would have fought for in the studio. (An example of a song that I believe does this really well-tuning “unison” vocals slightly differently, making use of dissonance, having the singers make different phrasing choices even when ostensibly singing the same thing, etc.-check out the song “Dhan Te Nan” from _Kaminey._ Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but I feel like it’s a clever musical device for a movie in which the main characters are identical twins with different personalities.)
