Can you ask your buddy to work w/other buddies to get a 1st Ammendment Audit App for your Phone that will inform the Auditors the state/federal laws, live gps map of public/private/state/federal property, appropriate law or authority to film & a pre-written law suits w/fill in the name of the offenders/breachers, sign date with proof of service in the appropriate court or administrative action on site at the time of the violation. If you get arrested you will need a friend to make copies & file original in court. The attorneys can take the cases they can handle & the auditor could have an option to find another attorney or represent themselves if they don't. Other auditors allege you can even file in small claims court & with judge discretion could force the public servant to be terminated, discipline & force Civil Rights Training on the whole force & an injunction allow you to film & postings that it's legal to film.

I hate to tell you one the title of the video is wrong you said New York City Cop in your video you said you were at the Tampa International Airport see right there you screwed up 2 just because the TSA says you can film you also need to look at state and local laws pertaining to Photography in airports in Florida because according to Tampa International Airport you are required to get permission from the airport to photograph.
Any person interested in filming or photography on Airport property for commercial purposes must submit the following.
Letter of intent, submitted to the director of marketing at kpoetz@TampaAirport.com or her representative two weeks in advance.
Proof of insurance, listing the aviation Authority as additional insured and specifically referencing requested activity, i.e. filming at Tampa International Airport amounts will depend on the scope requested activity and location.
      Signed hold Harmless agreement.
Filming and photography request will be evaluated and authorized provided that the activity will in no way interfere with the safe an orderly operation of the airport.
The only ones that are exempt is the news media on assignment and since you are not legitimately a news agency or part of a news agency on assignment those rules don't apply to you.

"It says right in TSA's website that it's perfectly legal to record their inspection points."
    (COP) _[silence]_
26:50 "Am I still being detained?"
(COP) "I don't know what to tell you, except wait until he gets back."
First of all, she *_does_* know all about it, he gave her a rundown when she arrived.
Second, I never heard him tell her to keep you detained, so now, *_she's_* the one detaining you, *_on her own._* (By telling you to wait for his return.)
*_3:50_**_ "You have to have business here. You can't come to an airport just to hang out."_*
I'd *_LOVE_* to see that law! People have been hanging out at airports since there have been airports! Where does someone watch airplanes, if not at airports?
35:00 Now you should go over and ask his name again, in front of his supervisor.

I have worked in management at an airport before. These people should know the law, and they sweat bullets if they think they may have done wrong. They answer to the city of Tampa ,and the city counsel . they answer to FAA They also have TSA to deal with, and if the cop who detained you was Tampa police or airport security they are on the line. Should have told the airport operations manage "I do not ask to exercise my rights" Would he like to call you in advance to see if he is allowed to go to the church of his choice????? I would start an Email complaint process with at least 6 agencies, ask for conformation of receipt, and a link to the video. Should give them a few weeks to think about their wrong doing. If you go to the arrivals gate, there will be hundreds or phones\cameras, and nobody being detained. TSA rules on their web site says you can film, if TSA called on you, they are screwed

I didn't see any of them confront the other cameras. Selective enforcement of non existent laws. WOW - They are so full of bull, so stupid looking on camera, and so indignant when they learn they are wrong. The least they could do is admit they were wrong and apologize.

It's so sad to see what's becoming of this country. You stood up for our rights very well in this one. I can't believe it seemed logical to that airport official that you would "check in" next time you want to record. If practicing a right is considered odd and suspicious, then we need to do it more and more until it becomes "normal" to these clowns.

    • @louisnealon6811
      @louisnealon6811 ปีที่แล้ว

Furthermore, if you DID call in to ask permission, they'd hang up and say "some idiot just called in for permission to use his camera in the airport!" Or, they'd spend an hour trying to figure out who issues such permission.

YOU WERE SUSPECTED OF BEING SUSPICIOUS. "Suspicious" is an adjective and requires a modifier or object to have any meaning. Thus suspected “of" becomes the meaningful phrase and in this case it is suspicion of a crime, and in many cases police cannot connect the person to a crime, past present or future. This officer clearly cannot comprehend the difference between suspicious activity (a feeling) and reasonable articulable suspicion (of a crime). He doesn't know that he can't force ID under threat of arrest because he can't articulate what crime he suspects is being committed. The police might be suspicious of you but if they cannot articulate a crime that they suspect you have, are or about to commit, they have no reason to detain you. Without RAS of a crime that would not be a Terry stop, it would just be a 4th Amendment rights violation. Supreme Court action unanimously, overturned the conviction of a man who was arrested as a “suspicious person” in Euclid, Ohio, as there was no proof that he was planning to commit a crime (No. 143, Palmer V. City Of Euclid 1971). Brown V. Texas, 443 U.S. 47 (1979), The United States Supreme Court case in which the Court determined that the defendant's arrest in El Paso, Texas, for a refusal to identify himself, after being seen and questioned in a high crime area, was not based on a reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing and thus violated the Fourth Amendment.
