i started practicing kriya yoga with meditation recently, is playing mobile game a obstacle/hindrance to spiritual development? Should i quit playing games, as i m top player in one game... so what do you say? i m learning from live classes of guru satyam as recommended by you. I think playing games makes me back to the ground and earth, as it increases dopamine. I want to seek god every seconds like paramhansa yogananda. Please reply.
