Im very familiar with this house. It's in the middle of a housing development of average homes that cost between 400,000 to 650,000. But to say the least it's only about a a quarter mile from interstate 35. So you can never escape the noise from the highway. Inside or out. Don't get me wrong. It is a very nice home. But built in the wrong location.

No. The Taxes are OUTRAGEOUS! Always have been since The 1970's That's a nice try, though. And, yes I grew up there. And my Mom still lives there.
