Been there. Check your iron levels and take supplements. If you want a temporary solution.., 1. I unsubscribed every asmr channel. 2. Turned off YT search history & watch history. 3. Keep yourself busy all the time. Develop a new hobby. I started drawing, listening to music, dancing, exercising etc These helped me a bit to get over my addiction. I don't watch everyday but I still watch some of my favorites. I know it feels so hard to do that in the beginning. But trust me it's all worth it.
