South Africa is still grappling with how best to regulate the Funeral Parlour business. Despite an increase in stringent requirements from different government departments, the industry is still blighted with fraud and exploitation of customers. Those who comply say these onerous requirements are threatening their businesses.

But they are still allowed to continue conducting funeral services, I for one I was forced to comply with the laws but still there are many FLy By Night undertakers and no one is doing nothing about it
