Thanks Dan! Glass Doors are always a win, and the amount of plug sockets were defiantly a nice surprise. We would defiantly highly recommend these cabins!
Lovely video guys, as I said we did obstructed once and didn’t mind it. However it always depends on price for us! I just love hearing the waves at night that’s all
Thanks Cliff, same for us we really don’t mind obstructed balcony’s as we only use them to check the weather, have a breather and smell the sea air at night (if Dan let’s me at night that is!) 😂
Looks like a lovely cabin thanks for posting Dan and Jay. I really like the decor, plain fresh and minimal - plus love the green sofa bed! I’d have one in my home if I could lol
Thanks Julie, the decor is very nice inside and the walk in wardrobe is great! Also we sat on the sofa quite a bit to edit some videos, and we can confirm it was very comfortable 😁
I really like the cabin design on Britannia. Would prefer a larger mirror but love the walk in wardrobe. Also it’s nice not having to fight over the plug sockets like on most ships!!
That’s the one thing that let this cabin down (floor length mirror), however the space, wardrobe, plugs, and bathroom glass door defiantly made up for it! 😁
Great tour gents. I love your drone footage as always, really enhances the video. 💯 agree on the separate walk in wardrobe so much better, shame Iona and arvia have the newer style.
Great review! Thank you. We just sailed on the Discovery Princess which like this is a royal class ship. But the P&O bathrooms are much better... No manky shower curtain!
Thanks for your comment! Yes, if anything the glass shower door would be expected more on Princess which are classed as a Premium cruise line. Show curtains are NASTY. We ran a poll on our channel not long ago asking what people prefer - 98% said a shower door, would love to meet the 2% hehe!
Fair point Martin. We would usually mention it, but with 5 British sockets and a US socket we thought we’d cut them some slack. Very ships we’ve been on recently have them - Ambience did which surprised us.

We are going on the Britannia in July 2023 and wondered if all the Balcony cabins have a glass door, rather then a curtain, does anybody know.

Would just point out there are no USB sockets included within the plug designs.

@@sailawaymag agreed, we just brought a usb 4 slot charger and all was good. Yes the plugs numbers are very generous.
