As Teresian from 1964 to 67, truly it has been known that highschool days have beautiful memories and relaxing to look back since it's the beginning of more responsibilities ahead for higher if not highest education as our capital investment facing the future lighter that those underprivileged to achieve education. The Franciscan Fathers arrived on our shore and native of Laoang built St. Micheal Church then Spitual and corporal works of God's Mercy is manifested and First. Sacrament is Sacrament of Marriage. Thereafter, bareforth children, henceforth education is implemented....Where are the schools...Magsaysay Elementary SSchool and GETA, etc. I remember midyear of 1900 century Laoang, Northern Samar is dominated by educators, teachers and learners. Furtherther, they mustn't be be forgotten. Pls. Be reminded
If not for Foundation Day and Feast of St. Micheal de Archangel, to name 2 festival, living in the island of Laoang and Laoanganon will be boring, serious, serene and silent town.
