About this game:
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother.
Gameplay
The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

It is awesome with blood banks/IV bad and a fair amount of red hearts :D

Anyone else cringe a little when Egg missed the first floor tinted rock in the boss room after mentioning how egg was going to make "genius plays?" Classic Egg.

He actually had a viable concern other than that though. If Jacob's Ladder tears would hit Multidmensional Baby, they would be able to hit him, and so will their homing lasers, what would be horrible and likely end the run.
We all know that NL was thinking about only firemind explosions, as he doesn't even got to see this bug in action.

Imagine how good Daddy would be at dailies if he just tightened his screws. Doing all of the void rooms after taking the magnet is objectively the right play and could have moved him up 5 or more positions

I'm pretty sure the reason you sometimes didn't get stat upgrades from void is because you were getting tears which won't do anything when you have soy milk.

NL! You could've taken dad's key, put it back, sucked it, found a way to get to the chest, (i don't think the shovel lets you go there but maybe there would be a sacrifice room? And I guess if there is, the dad's key would be useless) and then fought mega stan!

I am glad I'm not the only one who always wants to be early for things. I can't stand it when there's people who are always late. I start compensating for those people by giving them an arrival time earlier than anyone else so that they'll show up 'on time'.

Oh boy, I can feel the Item score penalty being high af
Item penalty is not a big deal. Compared to damage penalty, for example, it's pretty insignificant. Seriously, 1300 points item penalty out of 40k points.
If you get soy milk before chocolate milk, it's great. If you get chocolate milk first and then soy milk, it's terrible.
There is a max number of tears in screen so compund fracture breaks it and puts the number of tears in srceen to 0

I don't think that's actually an Angel room. It is always the three spirit hearts variant and never gives items, and can also be teleported to by not joker or golden teleport (normal teleports don't take you to devil/angel rooms), appears on the map, etc.
It probably has the normal super secret item pool, if that's even a thing, and just default room item pool otherwise.

I actually didn't know you could suck up the Gift, I assumed it worked as every other one-use active item...

I think the one use active items are hard-coded to work that way and they forgot to do it for the Gift, so it works differently. That's my guess.
Like, 'Forget Me Now, Plan C, Diplopia, Pandora's Box, etc. only work once with void',
not 'Items that can normally only be used once only work once with the void.'
Yeah maybe they'll nerf it later, since the Gift is a recent item
