This is exactly how barrel saunas are made here in Sweden, and in Finland. But ours are made from pine, no cedars around. Also, they come a tad cheaper and are factory built, plenty of manufacturers around. I had mine installed on a trailer chassi. Nice to be able to move it around!

love those sauna builds! The roof + barrier keeps it dry from rain but what about interior moisture, am I missing something?
@@camilocarrillo2132 yeah, there are vent holes both in the bottom of the sauna, and a vent hole towards the top near the top of the door. That way even when it's humid in there it can refresh with new air and with the warm air rising it constantly pulls new air in from bottom and expels it through top vent.

The question is, is the normal KIP heater good enough for guests since you must go in and preset the heating OR is it just about required to get the WiFi version which is significantly more $?

Nice sauna, but I don't understand why it's called a six person sauna? The measurements on the website says it has a total length of 64 inches inside. That makes it uncomfortably tight for three people to squeeze in next to each other, even though it's doable. But then there is the heater which makes it completely impossible for someone to sit there. So I guess it's really for four people?
