Another inspiring idea! I’d do this but I’m not sure of what to put in it, but it’s a lovely thing to do! I hope your daughter enjoys her final year at Uni!
Hii Artist Helen Making a good artwork requires a lot of patience, hard work and time. That is when a beautiful artwork is prepared. Greetings to your artwork. You are different from everyone else. Because you are an artist. Who was born to create beautiful things.stay connected
Just found your channel..thank you so much for sharing your zine making...very inspirational and one of the best demos of the technique I've seen...you have a lovely eye for colours and combinations ...thankyou x
I used to get my pupils at school to make these from A3 paper as well. They then made notes and diagrams summarising each topic as a revision booklet. I taught Biology. It really helped them process their work in a fun way. We didn’t make covers, they just used the outside pages.
Those are so cute and fun. As usual, I have a lot of catching up to do. I think they make nice little gifts for family and friends with either memories or decorated for them to use as they see fit. ❤✉✍📬🖌✒📮
Good afternoon 👋☺️ Helen 🌹 so enjoyed watching your video on your September zine journal they are all so cute too thank you for sharing your flip through stay safe and be careful 🙏✍️🖌️🎨💌🌹👋 enjoy your weekend too 👍☺️🦄
I just love watching you create and listening to your lovely, soothing voice. I keep watching your videos about these zines and today I am going to make myself two, so that I can start using them. They would make great additions to junk journals also and I may make a few to add to some junk journals that I am making people as gifts for Christmas (providing I can get the junk journals all made in time) LOL I also found a book to use to make an altered book and I am working on finding fabric to do the slow stitch cover for it. Such fun projects that you present us with, thank you. : )
I enjoy your video's so very much, Helen. You are so creative and inspiring. Thank you for this monthly project, I am really enjoying it. I found the project a bit late, so I don't have one for January, otherwise I have one for each month. I think I may continue next year too. Thanks so much!! ❤️
Helen: as usual your work is the best. I so enjoy watching you create. I can’t believe you have a daughter who is in her last year of college. Boy, does time go by fast! Thank you for sharing your talent with your followers. Carol from California
I love how you share some of your life experiences, especially the courageous woman swimming in the nude. The muted colours in the cover look beautiful 😍
Beautiful... do you have a video tutorial on your writing/printing? Your "Septembe '21" is a really pretty part of your little book. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for sharing this video. I really love these wee books. Think I’m going to try this for 2022. Can this same concept be used with 12x12 scrapbook paper? Might try it, see if I can use up some spare sheets of paper I have.
I’m addicted to making these little journals!

Beautiful tiny books! What are “zines” exactly? Great stories! ❤️😘✌🏻
Thank you! It’s like a mini magazine 🥰💕
Would you do a simple lettering tutorial? (Like how to use that pen and script out “September”)
