Great vidio guys when anchoring in suspect ground with a boat as big as yours try a motor bike inner tube as a shock absober with a shark clip it works a treat when fishing old school . The turtle over ground is referd to as a turtle spy all ways a good place to fish under i lurnt this in the far easten side of the T -Straits fishing with the local islanders and used it all down C- York down to Mackay .
Always a sad day when the electric lets you down, probably some cape York corrugations getting to it. Should Try adding some chain to your anchor, run a little over your boats length
Watching you struggle with the anchor took me back a bit in time. I was taught after struggling myself, the chain should be a minimum of double the length of the boat.

I have 2 other fav Channels that there is a scam going on where you get notified of prizes and to go to a telegram channel in the name of the Channel so keep your eyes open as they ask for the prize winner to pay the freight on a fishing reel or some prize, but when you ask them about things that the Channel owner is doing in their show they are vague on answers that the owner would know but still good enough to not sell themselves out and it seems to be run through the messaging, it only started in about the last week but with 2 channels already compromised I think it will be every channel, But I don't know how to report it to UTUBE from this end. The channel owner then passes you onto a Delivery agent inside of Telegram and that is where they demand the payment for the prize you won.
No it’s manual mate. So the main prob with the autos is the wiring in the head, one of the soldered wires comes loose, that’s what’s covered in the warranty. Either that or you can reset it but usually the loose wire.
Notice you don’t carry a anchor lift ball ? But there good for a shock absorber. In your line when anchoring is difficult put it snot 10 mtrs out from boat tie off to rope it will go under slightly and slowly takes weight. Off pull rather then direct pull stiff pull of anchor rope

Yep I’d say your right mate! Corros got everything haha. My boats 5.8m and I have 5.5m of 12mm chain, very heavy.
