Biriyani Rice-4cups(750 GMs)
shallots-25no's
garlic-20 pods
ginger-half the quantity of garlic
jathikaai/nut meg- half of a but
jathipathri-1 full
Cinnamon-10 pieces
Cloves-10
Cardamon-5-6
Ghee-2 tbspn
Oil-2 tbspn
Chilli- 15-20no's
Pudhina
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice
salt to taste.
