riverdale is a result of a contract between CW and netflix. of course netflix needs to get their money worth since the contract is still up. sabrina is purely by netflix, so they can cut as they see fit.

I liked the Sabrina series on Netflix, but I couldn't watch many episodes because I kept getting sick thanks to the "blur effect" (what were they thinking making almost every scene blurry?) And I missed Salem. It's a pity they didn't let the cat talk in the series and a bit of humour wouldn't have hurt.

This episode in particular is canonical with the CAOS plot. There’s another episode she appeared in earlier in the season that is set in an alternate universe, so people usually end up mixing up the two.

Not sure how they went about doing this but considering the deleted post-credits scene from the end of CAOS’s 4th season, I’m guessing Marie LeFluer played some big role in bringing her back
So let me get this straight they canceled Sabrina a show that was about witches and the occult and magic and resurrections which explained why it had magic but they are continuing to make this crap and are now adding magic and occult practices which makes no sense because this show was never about the occult or witchcraft and they thought oh if we do a cameo it will make people feel warm inside ya noooo why not just bring back Sabrina i liked the show the plot was about a teenage witch who was trying to cope with life while learning how to use her powers to help the people she loves (that made sense) riverdales plot was about a boy who was murdered by his father because he refused to deal drugs (a little extreme but ok) then it spiraled into some psychopathic mother who wanted revenge on people because they never checked in on her even though when they tried to she turned into a total bitch to them. And it was also about a really messed up psycho of a dad. Then i lost interest. I swear if it wasn’t for Archie’s character literally not knowing what a shirt is no one would watch it.
Yea I even love Vanessa Morgan but never ever watched RD !!! Sabrina I was hesitant to watch it at first because of the satanic but my God fearing ass love it so much I binged soon they released the season

Not a fan of Riverdale and really hated how Sabrina ended but I gotta say that I love this soo much. Probably not gunna watch it for a while but I'm really glad that Sabrina gets to live on. I think the series would work better as a movie ... the shows drag on and do a bunch of stupid stuff I think because they have too much time. I feel like these certain series/writers/directors/producers should get comfortable doing like 3-4 episodes per season, 60-90 min each so that it flows better and they're actually focusing on the story rather than doing a bunch of things that ultimately detract from the plot of the show. CAOS had so much potential but I felt it got dragged down because they tried doing way too much with the show.

Riverdale gets so much hate only cause it lacks a coherent storyline. It’s “plot”, if you can even call it that, makes absolutely no sense. The dialogues are absolutely crappy in riverdale and it needed a focus which it lacked and let’s not forget riverdale has some REALLY huge plot holes. Meanwhile caos had 4 seasons out of which 2 ,or even 3 if you’re generous enough, was really amazing. It’s dialogues were definitely better and it’s had a clear focus from season 1-2. Though there were some plot holes. CAOS still made more sense

They kinda reconned the ending to the Netflix show. Nick didn't sacrificed himself to be with Sabrina, instead to resurrect her and take her place. Now shes trying to bring him back to life.... again.

Does this continue from CAOS or is this an AU? Many people told me not to start Riverdale, but I really want to see more Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka).

They kinda reconned the ending to the Netflix show. Nick didn't sacrificed himself to be with Sabrina, instead to resurrect her and take her place. Now shes trying to bring him back to life.... again.

Jughead went to Stonewall Prep full of weird private school students and a headmaster who jumps out a window.
Jughead dies, but actually fakes his death.
Archie becomes a vigilante.
Hiram Lodge is good for awhile.
Kevin is gay.
Snuff films happen, with Jughead's sister, turning out as the auteur.
High school graduation.
Archie in military.
Betty in a Silence of the Lambs ripoff against the Trash Bag Killer.
Veronica has a shitty husband. She's also the She Wolf of Wall Street.
Jughead is a struggling alcoholic writer.
