The policy's main components include: Fully vaccinated staff members will be required to submit their release form and verify their vaccination status Those who are not vaccinated will be required to submit their release form and participate in a Rapid Antigen Testing (RT) prior to entry into the workplace at their own cost If a staff member meets the requirements for an accommodation, they must participate in testing. Staff members with an approved accommodation will be able to submit their RT receipts for reimbursement.
